Mindful eating

Mindfulness is the capacity to bring full attention and awareness to one’s experience, in the moment, without judgment. Mindful Eating brings mindfulness to food choices and the experience of eating.

Mindful eating helps us become aware of our thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations related to eating, reconnecting us with our innate inner wisdom about hunger and satiety.

Mindful eating is a powerful tool to manage health, break free from diet culture, make peace with your body and improve your relationship with food

Mindfulness and mindful eating are backed by science; here are some of the areas in which you can see some improvements.

How many sessions are needed?

Although each person is different, allowing at least 8 weeks of practice is essential to see results, but you will start noticing differences right from the beginning.

How does it Work in Session

During our nutrition consults, if the dietitian finds you are a good candidate, she might suggest exploring mindful eating.

You can also inquire about it, and we can set up a package in which, in each session, we will explore, practise, and taste mindful eating.
